Bid Date: October 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m.

Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for Joseph P Mazzola Training Center project in San Francisco. We are requesting BIDS for DIVISIONS 2 through 16 from all qualified subcontractors. This project consists of the third phase of the Renovation of an existing two story building with a basement. The Structure is comprised of a concrete exterior frame with a combination of wood and metal interior framing. This phase will include all remaining work not completed in prior phases including but not limited to demolition, framing, interior and exterior finishes, MEP systems for building function and training, and site work. All labor is to be Union.

All Bid Documents will be available the week of October 16, 2009.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2009

Or Monday, October 26, 2009. Subs are not required to attend both conferences.

Plans are available for viewing at Nibbi’s Plan Room as well as Bay Area Builder’s Exchanges and Plan Rooms.
