On Sept. 28, M1 of Dead Prez was interviewed by Boots Riley of The Coup about his recent trip to Palestine and Egypt.

The event was a fundraiser for the Bay View newspaper and Block Report Radio. The Santa Cruz event was held at Barrios Unidos and was co-sponsored by the POCC, Barrios Unidos and the Watsonville Brown Berets.
